Something not right? Return new/unworn products within 28 days for refund or store credit. If you would like to exchange for another size or a different product, simply select the store credit option to receive a gift card to the full value of your purchase. Items returned for refund are subject to a $5 restocking fee (NZ returns only). Refund/store credit is applied after the item has been received and inspected.
If you want your exchange item immediately, please go ahead and place a new order for the replacement, then select 'Refund'.
